EuroMPM Standards in Project Management 2015 Bilbao
Course concept
In Mai 2015 the course starts. Classical standards in project management will be discussed and compared: PMBOK®, IPMA ICB, ISO standards, OGC standards,etc. The students should prepare classes. They should especially analyse PMBOK® and develop 2 checklists:
What are core contributions of PMBOK® to project management from your point of view?
What is missing or underdeveloped in PMBOK® for project management from your point of view?
The proposals should take into account results of study courses and practical experience. Each checklist should include about 10 issues to consider.
In classes in Bilbao we will continue with the analysis and comparison of standards. We will also start with proposals for extension of standards - that will be finish in homework to be submitted 4 weeks after classes.
